Management for Telecommunications Operator Supervisors

This course was developed for Telecommunication Operator Supervisors.  It consists of management techniques and procedures which are practical to the supervisor. (We did not address individual communication systems in this course).  This course was based on extensive research, but the student must realize that department policy and procedure has precedence over any instruction offered in this course.
