Telecommunication Operator Certificate

The purpose of the reading and written assignments of this course is to prepare a person to function more efficiently as a police radio dispatcher in the State of Texas. The material is based upon the tasks which the police radio dispatcher performs and the relevant rules and statutes which govern that performance. Lesson 7 and 8 were written by the Texas Department of Public Safety. This course meets the mandates for TCLEOSE for the Telecommunication Operator Certification and is awarded 40 TCLEOSE credit hours. Click here for Learning Objectives
