Civil Process 20 hours

This course and book was developed for use of Sheriff's, Constables and their employee's.  It is also recommended reading for the Attorney in Charge, Defendants, and their Attorneys.  Other persons employed in the Texas Judicial System may also benefit from this course, written by Bill Childers. There are risks of liability to any person in the employment of the Sheriff and Constable.  There are greater financial risks and susceptibility for contempt of Court to those persons who are assigned the primary duty to work Civil Process Documents.  They may however reduce all these risks by their knowledge of the Basic Rules of Court; a learned practice of reading; and a clear understanding of a reasonable diligent effort for those persons assigned these tasks.
