If you purchased an online course during the hours of 8:00 a.m and 10:00 pm, Monday- Friday, you should be able to log in within about 5-10 minutes with the below infomation.
ONLINE COURSES: Purchased between 8:00 am -10:00 pm Monday- Friday.
After 5-10 minutes, you should be able to log into the course and exams by going to our website: www.policeontheweb.com on the student log on "B" with the below information.
User name: ________ (Your first name and last name initials plus last (5) five numbers of ss#)
Example: Donny Harland= dh78253
Password: ______ (last four numbers only)
Example last 4 of SS# - 8253
ONLINE Courses purchased on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). We are not in the office on weekends, however we will go online and monitor purchases 3 or 4 times a day and add them into the database on those days.
If you ordered a Mail Out Course, CBSI mails everything United State Post Office- Priority Mail. A receipt of this transaction has been emailed to the email address you provided.
